Seventh lecture about power system protection

To continue our course power protection course :

Must know the difference between the unit protection system non- unit protection system :

unit protection system :

it protect a very well defined part of the system .

uses to protect the important protection device power system like ( Transformer ) .

Ex : ( Differential protection ) .

Ex : ( Restricted earth fault ) .

non-unit protection system :

It's not exactly defined protection part of system , this to protect the power system 

generally from the faults .

Ex : ( Fuse ) .

Ex : ( Over Current Protection ) .
